» How to earn money viewing ads?

Go to Earn Money - View Ads. Click on first Ad, wait for Ad being loaded, then click on upside picture. Then click on next Ad,..., next...

Your balance will refill automatically. You can view Ads again after 24 hours.

Also you can view Ads on sections  ClixGrid, Offers4all, ClixWall.

» Do I have to invest in order to get paid?

Usually you do not have to invest in order to get paid. But if You buy higher membership and rented referrals, You will earn much more and faster..

NOTE:

In various cases, in order to ensure the stability of the site, we have the right to require an investment of $3 to $5 from members, 
who have never invested, before they submit a payment request.
» Do I have to click ads in order to earn from my referrals the next day?

Yes, You need to click at least 4 ads to earn from Your referrals the next day.

» How can I advertise?

Click the "Advertise" button, this will show you all advertising options that we suggest. You will also need to add funds to your account balance before purchasing any of the advertisement types. Create Your ad and send for approval. After the ad is approved You have to alocate credits to advertisement in advertiser panel as soon as possible,  otherwise after 24 hours ad became inactive and You will need to send for approval again.

» Which payment processors you use?

We use Payeer, Perfect Money, Skrill, Airtm, Bitcoin.

Before make deposit or withdrawal you have to specify processors account number in Personal settings.

Payeer account number looks like this: P1234567..

Perfect Money account number looks like this: U1234567..

Skrill, Airtm - you have to specify email.

Bitcoin - you have to specify BTC address

Note: after You make deposit via Bitcoin, please open support ticket and specify amount($) and payment ID.

» I requested a payment and now the money is back in my Account Balance?

1. If You request a payment using wrong payment processor, Your money will be refunded back to your Account Balance.

2. If Your payment processor didn't accept payment (such Skrill), Your money will be refunded back to Account Balance.

3. If Your personal information is wrong (name, country, email), Your money will be refunded back to your Account Balance.

4. You violated the rules and TOS (such having higher number of Referrals than allowed on current membership)

» Why some Rented Refferals is lost or didn't make clicks?

1. This problem may exist when you use Autopay.

Please note: Autopay work correctly only from beginning of RR's life to 20th day of life. If RR's have 1-10 days to expire - Autpay may not work properly.

2. You can rent referrals max for 365 days. After that they stop working (even you recycle them) and you need to obtain new referrals.

» Why my Rented Referrals is deleted?

Having more referrals than the allowed number of your current membership will result in the deactivation of the earnings from all your referrals and all referrals deletion (please read TOS)

» Why my account is suspended?

1. Users using false information (full name, country, email, etc.)  when registering or changing their personal settings will have their accounts suspended (read TOS).

2. You violated the rules and TOS.

3. You are cheating.

» What is "Invalid Token"?

Wrong login information (username, password or Captcha)

» How to make deposit via Bitcoin?

To make deposit via Bitcoin:
Go to Add Funds, select Bitcoin, specify amount (min $5), click Send, then click on Bitcoin icon.
You will see our Bitcoin address and amount (BTC). Then go to your Bitcoin wallet and send money to our Bitcoin address.
Transaction will take from 5 min. to some hours. After you make deposit please open support ticket and specify amount you sent ($) and transaction ID.
After amount received, we will confirm and money will appear in your Purchase Balance ($)
